Sustainability, WELL Certification, Biophilic Design
My primary research interest lies in examining the alignment between WELL Building Standard criteria and biophilic design principles to develop health-centered design frameworks that reflect human psychological and behavioral responses. During my master’s studies, I conducted research on experience-based design evaluation using virtual reality (VR) in the Spatial Marketing Laboratory at Yonsei University. My current research focuses on empirically investigating the effects of natural elements on human cognition and emotional experiences, with the goal of developing healthy and sustainable indoor environmental design strategies.
주요 연구 관심은 WELL 인증 기준과 바이오필릭 디자인 요소 간의 정합성을 분석하여, 인간의 심리적 및 행태적 반응을 반영한 건강 중심 공간 설계 프레임워크를 구축하는 데 있습니다. 석사과정에서는 연세대학교 실내건축학과 공간마케팅 연구실에서 가상현실(VR)을 활용한 공간 체험 기반 설계 평가 연구를 수행하였으며, 현재는 인간의 인지 및 정서적 경험에 영향을 미치는 자연 요소의 효과를 실증적으로 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 건강하고 지속가능한 실내환경 설계 전략을 모색하고자 합니다.
